In today’s fast-paced, high-pressure work environments, employee wellbeing is more important than ever.

Stress, burnout, anxiety, and disconnection are common challenges that impact focus, morale, and productivity.

That’s why investing in a Wellness Workshop is a smart choice for communities and businesses who want to create a healthier, happier, and more resilient team.

prevent burnout, support your team’s health, and create an unforgettable experience.

Hi, I’m Geeti.

Trauma-informed yoga therapist, energy healer, meditation facilitator, and sound healing practitioner based in Austin, Texas.

I offer customized wellness workshops designed to support your team’s mental, emotional, and physical health — in person or online.

Wellness Workshops can include trauma-informed yoga, sound healing, energy healing, and meditation to address the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

This creates a restorative experience that helps your employees:

☼ Manage stress

☼ Increase focus

☼ Build emotional resilience

☼ Reconnect with themselves and each other

why choose a trauma-informed wellness workshop?

Many wellness workshops focus on physical fitness or mindfulness alone. But healing and wellbeing are multidimensional — especially when trauma or chronic stress is involved. Trauma-informed care recognizes that past experiences shape how we respond to stress and helps create a safe, empowering space for healing.

My programs center safety, choice, and respect. Everyone moves at their own pace, no judgment, and all practices are accessible for all ability levels and body types. This fosters real engagement and lasting benefits.
